It usually starts with a dashboard. It doesn’t always end there.

Where does my data actually live?

Two places, and the split is deliberate. The numbers behind your dashboard sit in a warehouse I run — totals, counts and hashed identifiers, never names. If you take the CRM, the enquiries live in a separate database with the contact details, because a list of enquiries without names is not a list. Losing one would tell you nothing about the other.

What access do you need?

Depends which one you take. A ready-made template asks for no access at all — you drop your own export into it. For a page I build, you choose which accounts I read and grant read-only access once, about ten minutes, revocable any evening without telling me first. And if you would rather grant nothing, send the files instead — weekly or monthly — and I fit them into the same page.

What if a feed breaks?

Every load is checked for freshness, row count and write time. When something is wrong the alert goes to me, not to you — usually before you would have opened the page.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel any time, no notice period. The nightly rebuild stops at the end of the month you have paid for, and the page stays up, frozen on its last refresh, for thirty more days. On the day you cancel you get the final page and a file with every number in it. After those thirty days everything on my side is deleted — warehouse, backups, all of it. Sooner if you ask.

Do I have to learn anything?

No — but you will log in. The page sits behind a private login on your own subdomain, because your numbers should not live at a public address. Past that there is nothing to learn: one page, one link, a minute in the morning. No BI tool, no software to keep current, nothing for you to maintain.

Will there be calls?

Never. Briefs, questions and hand-off happen in writing, and you get an answer within a day. You keep a written record of every decision.
